ESLL Closing Day Schedule of Events
We are looking forward to celebrating the closing of the 2012 ESLL baseball season with all of you!
View the full schedule of events. You will also be receiving an email with a line up of specific events for each division.
Some of the day's highlights will include:
- Home Run Derby Game
- Championship Games
- Majors/ AAA Award Ceremony
- Managers/ Coaches Slow Pitch Softball Game
And fun activities for the whole family:
- Live Band at 2:30!
- Slides and face painting!
- Sac State Baseball and Softball players signing autographs
- Your last chance to get your fix of your favorite Snack Shack fare! (Yes, it will be open!)
- Gift Certificate Ball Hunt - starts at 3 pm!

Moratorium on the Use of Composite Bats
The Little League International moratorium on composite-barreled baseball bats remains in effect. However, some composite-barreled baseball bats that have been proven in laboratory testing to meet the BPF (Bat Performance Factor) standard throughout the life of the bat, through the Accelerated Break-In (ABI) process, have received waivers.That list is here: Licensed/Approved Composite 2 1/4 Bats.

Little League Coaches Toolkit for Baseball & Softball
Little League International is pleased to announce the release of the newly-updated 2012 Baseball and Softball Coaches Toolkit. The Toolkit was created to help managers and coaches improve their knowledge and learn how to be more effective teachers because they are among the most important volunteers in the Little League program.
