Refund Policy

2021 ESLL Fees & Refund Policy
2021 Season Fee: All Divisions, Baseball & Softball: $175.00 per player 

2021 Refund Policy - specific to cancellations due to Covid-19: If the season is cancelled due to changes to guidelines surrounding Covid-19, the following refund schedule will be implemented for any family choosing a refund: 

  • Before or on May 1, 2021: $100 per player refund
  • After May 1st but before or on June 1, 2021: $25 per player refund. Player keeps team jersey and hat.
  • After June 1, 2021: No refunds for any player for any reason except medical as defined below.
2021 Refund Policy - unrelated to Covid activity: No refunds will be given after the close of 2021 registration on Saturday, February 20th at 11:59pm, with the exception of medical reasons outside of, and unrelated to Covid-19. Refund requests for medical reasons must be accompanied by a hard copy note, signed, from a doctor submitted to the League President with your request. Aside from this reason, no refunds will be given.
